If you worked Snatches last night in Oly Class, then work your Snatch Balance today.
Conditioning: In 12 minutes complete:
- 500m Row
Then, As many rounds as possible of:
- 7 Power Snatch @ 75% of today's highest weight.
- 20 Push Ups
