Pretty funny article CrossFit.com found and posted for tomorrow's workout:
Why Women can't do Pull Ups 
Skill: 15 minutes to practice/test the 3 Position Snatch (Hi-Hang, Hang, Floor).
- OR -
If you worked Snatches last night in Oly Class, then work your Snatch Balance today.

Conditioning: In 12 minutes complete:
- 500m Row
Then, As many rounds as possible of:
- 7 Power Snatch @ 75% of today's highest weight.
- 20 Push Ups

Post weights, 500m times, and rounds to comments.
