                Shoulder Press 3 x 5 (+ 1-5 lbs from last week)

Conditioning: As many rounds as possible in 8:00:
- 8 Hang Power Snatch (95/65#)
- 16 1-arm Kettlebell Thrusters (heaviest possible)- 8 ea. arm
