Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Mike Burgener, has said if there is one exercise he could prescribe to improve your Snatch (besides Snatching), it would be the Snatch Balance 

Strength
: Snatch Balance.  Work up to a heavy 1 Rep.

Conditioning: As many rounds as possible in 12:00 of:
- 7 Push Press (115/75#)
- 7 Kettlebell Swings (American)
- 7 Box Jump (24/20")
