Fun with Turkish Get-Ups.  Notice he is looking at the "weight" the entire time, this keeps his shoulders active and his arms locked out throughout the movement

Skill: Turkish Get-Up

Conditioning: Reps of 50-40-30-20-10:
- Kettlebell Swings (heaviest)
- Air Squats
- Double Unders
