Conditioning: " Team Kalsu"- teams of 2
Every minute on the minute, both partners
Complete 5 Push Ups and perform max reps of Thrusters (95/ 65#) on the minute.
The goal is to complete 100 total Thrusters.
*At the beginning of every minute both partners perform 5 Push Ups, for the rest of the minute one partner performs as many Thrusters as they can during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute both partners perform 5 push ups and then the other partners performs max rep Thrusters and so on until your team reach 100 total Thrusters.
Post the total number of minutes it took to reach 100 Thrusters.
