Effective Box Jumping

Strength: Power Clean 5 x 3 (add 5# from last time)

Conditioning: 21-15-9
- Power Snatch @ 60% 1rm
- Box Jumps (games standard)

For the Box Jumps, use whatever height you can to start with hips extended on top of the box, jump or step down, and then immediately spring back up.
