IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:

*Saturday, March 2nd, 8am:   Hope for Kenya Fundraiser.



The workout will be:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
50 Squats
30 Push-ups
15 Pull-ups

We will use this day and workout to also discuss the CrossFit Games Open and teach everyone how to judge proper movement for this workout.  The workout is easily scalable, so feel free to bring a friend!


*Wednesday March 6- Saturday March 9:  Nutrition Challenge final photos are due.



Winner will be announced the following week.  Keep working hard and sticking to the program.  Remember the many benefits you are receiving, even if its not showing on the scale!















*Wednesday March 6- Sunday March 10th:  CrossFit Games Open begins!!

The workout will be announced Wednesday (6th) evening and every subsequent Wednesday for 5 weeks.  You have till Sunday evening to complete the workout and enter your score.
