WOD: For time with a partner:
- 400m Run with plate (45/25#)
- 50 Power Cleans (choose a weight both partners can handle between 95-135/ 65-95)
- 400m Run with a plate
- 100 Wall Balls
- 400m Run with a plate
- 150 Push Ups
- 400m Run with a plate
*one partner works at a time, except both partners run. One plate per team.
