Skill:  Spend 15-20 minutes working the following:
Ring Muscle Up / Bar Muscle Up/ C2B/ Kipping/ Strict Pullup Work...

WOD:  For time:
- 50 Handstand Push Ups
- 50 Chest to Bar Pullups
- 50 Burpees

Break up reps anyway you would like
