WOD: 3 rounds for QUALITY:
- 500m Row / 400m Run
- 12 Deadlifts (225/155#)
- 21 Box Jumps (24/20")
Everyone starts on the Rowers (stagger starts if needed). Finish the rounds with running if rowers are taken, or take an extra rest period to wait and really sprint through the rounds.
