Strength: Complete all sets of one exercise before moving to the next.  Try to move up in weight every set:
- Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
- Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
- Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

WOD (optional): 5min "Grace":
-30 Clean and Jerks (135/ 95#)

You have 5 minutes to complete as many reps of "Grace" as possible.

  1. SWOD: SP worked up to 95, PP up to 127 x3. Did not have time for PJ (fussy baby)

    Metcon: grace @ 95 in 4:20 with power cleans
