Coach Jenna climbing ropes at the CrossFit NorCal Regional last weekend. 

Strength: Rope Climb for 10min, then Pistols for 10 min

WOD: 5 rounds
- 1 min of max rep kettlebell swings
- 1 min of max rep burpees
- 1 min of rest
