The Compound now has an official Weightlifting Club, affiliated with The Pacific Weightlifting Association (PWA), Northern California's Local Weightlifting Committee (LWC) of USA Weightlifting.


Strength:  Power Snatch 2-2-2-2-2

- 15 Power Snatches @ 50-60% of today's heaviest set
- 800m Run
