Deadlifts from last week.  Try to add more weight this time, but make sure you keep great form!
Weightlifting Club, a Snatch or Clean Deadlift would go great here.

Strength: Deadlift 5RM (+5 to 10lbs from last week)

WOD: 3 rounds for time:
- 15 Burpee Pull Ups
- 15 Wall Balls (20/ 14# to 10')
- 15 Box Jumps (24/ 20")
