Every minute for 10:00 complete 3-5 Handstand Push Ups at any scaled variations.
*Choose an option that allows you to bring your head as close to the floor as possible

WOD: For quality:
- 4 x 400m sprint

1:1 rest to work

Skill:  3 Rope Climbs (15)' or scaled variations
