Our CrossFit Open team is getting bigger

Strength:  Front Squat 5-5-5-5

WOD: Complete for time:
- 50 Wall Balls (20/ 14# to 10')
- 50 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/ 55#)
- 50 Bar Facing Burpees

*The reps can be broken up into any amount of sets and reps.
