Strength: Thruster. Find heavy 1 rep

WOD: 5 rounds for time:
- 12 Barbell Reverse Lunges @ 50% of 1 RM Thruster (6 each side)
- 12 Ring Dips
- 50 yard Shuttle Run (25 yd out, 25 yd back) – 1 rep
