WOD: WOD: 4 rounds for time:
- 400m Run
- 25 Wall Ball (20/ 14 to 10')

Workout Goals: For the Skill, these are performed with the palms facing towards you. If you are going to max reps, pick a scaling option that allows you to perform at least 6-8 reps per set.
For the WOD, we performed this workout before, so the obvious goal is to beat your previous time. If you don't have a previous time, then a good goal would be to try to hit all wall balls without stopping (at least for the first 2 rounds).
