Strength: Deadlift 5-5-5-3-3-3
WOD: Complete 6 rounds:
Each round lasts 2 minutes, during the round complete:
- 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (115/ 75#)
- Plank position - remainder of the round
*Rest 1 minute between rounds
**Goal is to remain as straight as possible in the plank, without raising or lowering the hips, for as much of the 2:00 as possible
