Strength: Weighted Chin Ups 5-4-3-2-1.  Go for a PR weight.
Chin Ups - 3 sets x max reps*

*use the hardest variation possible, but you should be able to get at least 8-10 reps in the first set or two.
Rest at least 2:00 between sets

WOD: AMRAP in 10:00:
- 3 Power Snatches (95/65#)
- 6 Overhead Squats (95/65#)
- 9 Box Jumps (24/20")
