    - 300m Run
    - 25 Double Unders
    - max. Strict Handstand Push Ups*
    * set terminates when come off the wall
    score: 23 hspu (3, 4, 5, 3, 3, 5)
    Rest 1 min, then:
    - Tabata Hollow Rocks
    score: 7
