Mon/Wed/Fri. 8:45-9:45 am
The last week, all AM classes will be held 9:00 am - 10:00 am
for a guided introduction into regular classes.

Evening Session
Mon/Tues/Thur 6:15-7:15 pm

The last week, all PM classes will be held 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Private Training
 Jenna is currently available for private training for anyone who wants to begin to get in shape, but is not necessarily ready for a group experience.  Or, for anyone who wants to improve and focus on certain lifts or skills.  Jenna has worked hard to make it to Regional CrossFit competitions (top 48 athletes in only 17 regions worldwide) and is always improving her fitness.
