Jenna demonstrates the Snatch Grip Rack Thruster. This movement can be performed heavier than a standard thruster, the only limiting factors being how much you can snatch and your shoulder flexibility, which should be taken into account when selecting your working weight. The weight can be rested on your back during the set if you need to break it up.
