Strength: Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5
WOD: AMRAP in 15:00:
- 3 Power Cleans (185/115#)
Then, 3 rounds of "Cindy":
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Air Squats
For each round, perform 3 power cleans then 3 rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 air squats or 3 rounds of “Cindy”.
