WOD: EMOM in 12:00:
- 2 Power Clean + 2 Front Squat + 2 Jerk
Choose a challenging weight, but focus on your footwork. After you pull the Power Cleans, your feet should be positioned for the Front Squats without having to move them in or out. If that is not happening, then get your footwork in order before adding weight.
