WOD: For Time (20:00 Cap)
- 50 Pull Ups
- 50 Push Ups
- 50 GHD Sit Ups - (to just below parallel - if you go to the floor, that is scaling up)
- 50 Back Extensions
- 50 Wall Balls (20/14# to 10')
- 50 Box Jumps (24/20")
*Can be done in any order but must do all 50 of each movement before moving on
