This is a text I received this week. I love getting these and hearing the progress you all make. In the last two weeks, here are some others I've heard:
- 3 rep max Back Squat PR
- 5 lbs PR on Power Clean
- 5 lbs PR on snatch
- Mulitple "Elizabeth" PRs
- at least one PR every single time we Deadlift
- beat someone they didn't expect to beat by 4 seconds on a WOD
Etc., Etc, Etc.
So let's continue to share our PRs with each other. Write it on the board, so it's filled up, then we can erase it and do it all again!
