- 7 Power Cleans (95/65#)
- 7 Push Presses
- 7 Weighted Lunges (ea. leg)
- 7 Snatch Balance
- 40 ft. Burpee Broad Jump
- 100m Sprint
Rest 1 min, then choose 1:
6:00 time cap:
- 15 Muscle Ups

- 20 Strict Handstan Push Ups
