Skill:  EMOM in 15:00:
- max reps of non-stop Double Unders or Triple Unders.  Set ends when you hit failure.  
* if doing single unders, begin each minute with 2 Burpees, then max set of Single Unders

WOD:  4 Rounds for time:
- 10 Deadlifts (225/155#)
- 50 Double Unders
