Strength: Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5

WOD: EMOM for 10:00:
- 5 Kettlebell Chainsaw Rows (Each Arm)
- max. reps Ring Dips (for remainder of minute)*

* if you require the use of bands on your rings, better to work the strength aspect of the movement and do Box Dips or Paralette Push Ups
