- Double Unders (10 reps for beginners, 20 reps intermediate, 30 reps advanced)
WOD: 5 Rounds for time
- 5 Power Clean (135/95#)
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 15 Knees to Elbows
*Optional: Every :45 sec for 6:00 (8 rounds)
- 1 Muscle Up + 3-5 Ring Dips (or Ring Dips only)
