- 12 Thrusters
- 12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
- 15 Thrusters
- 15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
- 18 Thrusters
- 18 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
- 21 Thrusters
- 21 Chest to Bar Pull Ups.....
