WOD: Three rounds for time of:
- 15 Burpees to 6” target
- 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/ 35#)
- 15 Squats (53/ 35#)
- 20 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (53/ 35#)

10 Push-ups with feet on 24/20" box
15 Squats holding a 45/ 25 # plate
