Not a good day on the Bench for me....I think I need to widen my grip here.

Skill: L-Sit.  Practice L-sits for 10:00.
How much of ten minutes can you spend in the "L"?

WOD: "Tough Cindy"
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Strict Pull Ups
10 Push-ups with feet on 24/20" box
15 Squats holding a 45/ 25 # plate

Anyone can enter the CrossFit Games Open.  If your goal is to improve your fitness, then how will you know if you don't test it?  And the Open is a great place to do it.
