SWOD: Snatch practice.
Work on technique only today. Will be getting ready to go heavier on Thursday.
Metcon:
8 rounds:
400 m run
90 seconds rest
Time starts on the first 400m run and continues till you complete the 8th 400m. At that time you will have complete 2 miles. Subtract the rest time (10:30 if you did the correct rest time) from the overall time to get your 2 mile time.

No SWOD today. Went over the Pose Running Technique. The killed 8x400m with a 90 sec rest between runs. My time was 13:01.

Kenny hit all 8 rounds in 12:34. I got 11:55, but there was no video rolling so my quest to redeem myself continues.

knees are hurting today, got a rest them if I want to make it back this week. Thats why I didnt make it.
