Sorry for the late post everyone. Just getting home from the newly formed 7 pm class.

SWOD: Push Press, 3 RM

Metcon: As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:
-5 burpees
-10 kettlebell swings (Men: 44-62 lbs, women: 26-44 lbs)

Use the highest weight you can that you can still keep up the intensity with the proper form.

    Metcon: 7 rounds plus 3 burpees. This was tough to do at 24 fitness with how crowded it was. I thought I was at least going to be good for 8 rounds.

    METCON- Burpees (5), Kettlebell 26 lbs (10)-Craig thinks I did 7, but I really think it was 6 full rounds :)

    I finally overcame my fear of a handstand and did one all my myself! Gotta love it.

    I was wondering where Fathia has been also? Is she hanging out with Bill?

    My strength is suffering because I'm not consuming enough calories. So I'm going to be increasing my calories and doubling my fat intake. Hopefully, I will get stronger and have more energy!

  9. I will be back soon enough!! I took 2 weeks off because of kids spring break and now I have to take a couple months off due to medical reasons!! I haven't forgotten the Compound, I actually miss my 5am crew!!
