Navy Chief Special Warfare Operator (SEAL) Adam Lee Brown, 36, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, was killed on March 17th, 2010 in Komar Province, Afghanistan, in a battle against heavily armed militants. He is survived by his wife, Kelley, two children, Nathan and Savannah, and by his parents.

WOD: "ADAMBROWN"
2 rounds for time of:
- 24 deadlifts (295, 225, 135, 95)
- 24 Box jumps ( 24/20)
- 24 Wallball shots (20/10 to a 10' target)
- 24 Bench press (195, 135, 65)
- 24 Box jumps (24/20)
- 24 Wallball shots (20/10 to a 10' target)
- 24 Cleans (145, 95, 55)

For this WOD we will probably start people off at different stations because a lot of equipment is involved. The deadlift, bench press, and cleans will have fixed bars already set up, so go to the one that has a weight you can handle. Work through this one as quickly and a s steadily as you can.   5. 58:36 but I'm not going to spend a moment thinking about what weights on each event I used. All I can remember is the 24" box, and the 20 lbs. ball. The dead lifts, cleans, and bench presses were enough weight to be challenging yet complete the circuit in under and hour. Whatever it was it's done, I'm glad I did it, and glad it's over for today.
