SWOD: Rack Pulls start at 75% max clean. Attempt to work up to 150% of Deadlift max

Metcon: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
-5 Chest to bar Pull-ups
-10 Wall ball shots, 20/ 14# ball
-15 Kettlebell swings, 1.5/ 1 pood

    Just didnt have the mind body connection today

    Metcon: 4rds + 10 wall ball 35lb KB, 14lb ball to 10ft&jump chest to bar, but hit chest every time =)
