SWOD: Deadlift 3-3-3-3

Metcon: “Diane”.  Compare to 4.13.11
21-15-9 of:
-Deadlifts 225/155
-Handstand Push Ups

Don't let the fact this is a benchmark workout push you to do more than you can handle.  If you can't do the Rx'd weight safely, or keep a decent hollow or good depth in the handstand push ups, then scale it down.  I promise this workout will come up again!

    Metcon: 20:04 first round w/ one abmat, then I hit failure and had to use two abmats.

    Every time I do this wod it takes me longer, so frustrating!

    12:40 at 125lb DL and 3 ab mats

  14. SWOD: Started at 165#, ended at 355# x 3.
    A few weeks ago my DL 1 rep max was 315# !!!

    MetCon: Rx'd # but, HSPU's were over an Ab Mat. Many had poor range.
    More shoulder work???
