Reps of: 2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 Box Jumps (24/20")
Reps of: 20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Ring Push Ups
Alternate between the two exercises starting with low reps and working higher on the Box Jumps, and descending in reps on the Ring Push Ups. Remember feet on a box and a turnout of the rings at full extension to be Rx'd.
