SWOD:  Bench Press:  60% x5, 70% x5, 80% x max reps

Metcon:  For Time:
Reps of:  2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20  Box Jumps (24/20")
Reps of:  20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2  Ring Push Ups

Alternate between the two exercises starting with low reps and working higher on the Box Jumps, and descending in reps on the Ring Push Ups.  Remember feet on a box and a turnout of the rings at full extension to be Rx'd.

  5. SWOD: Tried to find a 1 RM on bench press. Worked up to 2 x 105 then failed at 1 x 115. Tried 100 after the metcon and no go

    Metcon: 21:34 with 24in box and hands off the deck push-up
