- 7 Muscle Ups (or 2 Chest to Ring Pull Ups + 2 Dips each)
- 21 Burpees
There is a 20 minute time limit for the metcon. You have the option of doing this for 3, 4, or 5 rounds based on you skill level and desired impact for the workout. If you choose to complete "Ryan" as Rx'd, each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.
