I don't know if TK is performing Power Cleans or Front Squats, but he's dang sure working hard!

Strength: Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5

Conditioning: "Elizabeth". Compare to 7.26.11
21-15-9 reps of:
- Cleans (135/ 85#)
- Ring Dips

 For the Conditioning, Cleans can be full or Power Cleans, as long as you stand up fully at the top of each rep. Scale down to bar dips, box dips, or ring dips with bands if you are unable to get a full lockout at the top of each Ring Dip.
