Bryant thought the handstand push ups yesterday for warm up were too easy
Strength: Pull Up practice.  weighted, strict, kipping

Conditioning: CrossFit Games Open 11.2.  Compare to 3.31.11
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15:00 of:
- 9 Deadlift (155/ 100#)
- 12 Hand release Push Ups
- 15 Box jumps (24/ 20")
