WOD: Teams of 3
AMRAP in 25:00 of:
- 400m Run with Med Ball
- 60 Hand Release Push Ups
- 60 Lateral Hops over Med Ball (Side to side)
- 60 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/55#)
- 60 Med Ball Throws to each other (5ft apart) - "Hot Potato"
- 60 Med Ball Passes to each other (back to back)

*Rules:
- Weights:  20# men, 14# women, 10# novice
- Everyone has to run, the throws, and the passes together & 1 person had to be carrying the med ball at all times
- You cannot start the next movement until everyone was finished with the previous movement
- 1 person working at a time, but try to storm through as fast as possible so rest periods are short.

2 rounds for time (one partner working at a time):
- 70 Wall Ball
- 60 Warrior Sit Ups
- 50 1-arm Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Hand Release Push Ups
- 30 Burpee Pull Ups
Then
- 800m Run (together)

A Reminder:  Doug will be teaching a KettleBell instruction class on Thursday, Feb. 23rd at 630 PM, in lieu of Weightlifting Class.  Come out and get some instruction from him, improve your KB skills and give Doug an opportunity to improve as well.  The best way to learn is to teach.


Strength: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3

Conditioning: As many reps possible in 8:00:
- Chest to Bar Pull Ups
- Hand Release Push Ups

You can switch back and forth between the two movements as needed, but the reps for each exercise should be the same at the end of the 8 min.
