This week we are going to complete some of the workouts from the 2011 CrossFit Games Open.  For  those of you who are unsure if you will sign up, these are they types of workouts you can expect.  Then you'll know you have nothing to worry about and you can sign up now at games.crossfit.com

Strength: Front Squat 5-5-5-3-3-3

Conditioning: CrossFit Games Open 11.3.  Compare to 4.08.11
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5:00 of:
- Squat Clean (165/ 110#)
- Jerk (165/ 110#)

    Open wod: 2 1/2 RX !! went from 135x1 155x1 then to rx 2 complete full squat clean's to split jerk @ 165 w/seconds to go got the clean only. that was the wod that put me out last year in week three...stoked !!
