  1. Alright Ladies, it's time to get your husbands wallet, get out the credit card with the lowest balance and register for the Games Open. I did it last night and although we just got a new puppy and have spent some cash this month already, i figured..what's another $20? To me it's money well spent to push myself a little harder, give it my all and have some fun with my few thousand closest friends.

  5. While all of you were pilfering through your spouse's wallet or purse I am taking a rest day. Is it just me or did Mondays swod leave anyone else crippled ? Not really , just super sore. Yikes 25 reps at 85 % of 1rm back squat. Who's grand idea was that. If my BS max dosent go way up Ill be shocked !
