Conditioning:
On the minute for 10:00:
- 3 Burpees
- 3 Hang Power Cleans @ 60-70% of today's heaviest single

For the conditioning workout, the bar cannot touch the ground during your 3-rep set.  Every time it does count a penalty and perform 3 burpees per penalty at the the end of the workout.
