Conditioning: For time:
- Run 800 meters
10 rounds of the couplet:
- 5 Handstand Push Ups
- 10 Pistols (5 each leg)
Then
- Run 800 meters

If you are still struggling to find depth or otherwise struggle while squatting, perform Air Squats instead of Pistols.

    Metcon: 23:15, 65lb shoulder press (a few push presses), pistols with thick black band assist.

    Definitely slowing down :)

  8. Had to stop for a bit to settle my little girl down in childcare - 29:57 with pole dancing practice on the assisted pistols. Used 1 ab mat.
